I picked up this rainbow morganite cabochon in Tucson two years ago. The internal fracturing that forms refracts light, and the orientation of those fractures in the stone create the rainbow effect. This east/west orientation is accented by 14k gold beading. Oxidized and polished sterling silver, bezel is foiled to enhance color play. Band is a slim comfort fit domed shaped with hammer texture.
